Retrofit filter FMF

With increasing contamination of the fountain solution, the printing quality decreases and the susceptibility to failure rises. The patented forced filtration removes the contamination effectively and thus increases the quality of the prints as well as the dwell time of the fountain solution in the cycle. As a result, the customer can reduce the costs of cleaning, consumption of IPA and additives as well as environmental pollution.
If required, the FMF retrofit filters can be retrofitted into existing fountain solution conditioning systems of almost all printing press models quickly and without much effort. They are simply installed in the printing press?s return pipe to the conditioning system. Together with a flow filtration of 100 %, the patented forced filtration achieves a much better result compared to the bypass filtering systems used by default.
Sizes and units to be used for fountain solution management systems without forced filtration (not intended for GRAFIX ConTemp systems):
- FMF 80 up to size 105/3B or 5 colours
- FMF 160 up to size 205/9B or 10 colours
- FMF 250 for roller presses
