Grafix has pioneered the field of powder spraying and extraction systems in sheet offset printing. High reliability and cost-efficient maintenance intervals are the result of practice-oriented product development. The individual systems meet the most diverse demands of modern print shops with regard to capacity/printing press speed, ease of operation and supervision safety. And there is more to it: In the glass industry, too, Grafix systems have been in non-stop 3-shift operation for years.
A heart beating for precision
All powder spray systems from Grafix are controlled via a central control panel and/or the electronics box - with powder control unit, nozzle pipe (powder application) and powder extraction. Here, a decisive factor for precision is the metering of powder. Besides the proven vibrational dosing method, Grafix has developed a completely new solution: the panel metering method. The typical adjustment is performed via two parameters: metering gap and vibration (0 - 100 %). In this case, functional safety and precision are always independent of the powder fill level due to the fluidising bottom.
